Malcolm and Victoria have been involved from day one of our bathroom remodel, from helping us choose the tiles etc to checking the delivery and managing the rip out and installation. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues swiftly and efficiently dealt with. Dave the fitter was a true craftsman and perfectionist. Will definitely call them when we need a new kitchen. I don’t think I can recommend Malcolm & Victoria enough. Our cottage was never going to be easy, as nothing is straight, and getting the styling right for our new kitchen was really important. Nothing was a hassle and the advice was great. Robin the fitter was amazing, such a perfectionist which shows in the end result. 100% recommend Mariposa.
Malcolm and Victoria were very helpful from the start. I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted when we started, but they helped me sort out the options and choose the fittings, and came up with an excellent design. Even after having ripped out the old bathroom, when it became clear that the old pipework would not allow the original design, they, working with the excellent fitter, Chris, managed to rearrange the design within half a day, so that virtually no time was lost, and everything I had chosen still fitted. I am delighted with the new bathroom, and would thoroughly recommend Mariposa.
Delighted with the service provided by Malcolm and Victoria. Malcolm's assistance in choosing all the fittings, flooring, tiling and design for the bathroom, was invaluable to a ditherer like me! Steve the fitter was excellent, working tidily and considerately throughout the process, and the finish is great. My labrador will miss all the attention she received from him!
I can't recommend Mariposa highly enough. Having recently done improvements to my house I asked for their help & advice. Because the bathroom alteration wasn’t a big job no one wanted to know. I made just one phone call to them, two days later a visit from Victoria & Malcolm, first class advice on the best bath, taps, panels etc. I trusted them to order for me without seeing anything. Within about 3/4 weeks the goods were delivered into my garage, a few days later they were expertly fitted. They were attentive, professional & more than helpful & friendly. I am SO pleased with the end result, just what I wanted. I just wish I knew about them when I had my kitchen fitted a year ago. I would recommend them without hesitating. 10 out of 10.
We have enjoyed the process of renovating our bathrooms. A range of appropriate skills and experience have ensured that our plumbing nightmares have been consigned to history, thank you Dave. We have no reservation in commending the team who made a complicated project appear almost simple.
We are extremely pleased with the overall work carried out. it has transformed our en-suite. High-standard finish at a competitive and affordable price.
Victoria and Malcolm are both very approachable and professional people who visited us several times during the work to discuss ideas, design and progress and then to carry out a final inspection to ensure that we were totally satisfied.
Dave, who carried out the installation, works to a very high standard and was very tidy and clean throughout. He was friendly and approachable at all times showing care that things were done as we would like. Overall, we would not hesitate to use Mariposa again and will thoroughly recommend them to others.
The end result was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout. From the design stage, picking the all the bits and installation. Robin was helpful and did a great job. They communicated with me well when unforseen things happened. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. 10/10.
Malcolm & Victoria for Mariposa was absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we got the new bathroom we wanted. We met with Malcolm 2-3 times at different locations to ensure we had every opportunity to decide on the types of tiles, flooring and bathroom suit we wanted.
John the fitter was amazing. Friendly, polite and great workmanship. Arrived 0800 every day and always left the house tidy at the end of the day. Ian the electrician was also friendly, polite and tidy whilst working.
From day 1 to the final day the communication from Malcolm, Victoria, John and Ian was great. I knew exactly what was happening each day and knew who would be visiting to support the new bathroom.
Following the completion of our bathroom & cloakroom my wife and I wanted to say how pleased we are with the finished work and the staff involved. From the start the owners Malcolm and Victoria were extremely knowledgable and professional throughout they helped us through the process from start to finish, making sure everything thing was ordered and that what we wanted would work in the spaces available. While the work was being carried out by Dan & Robin they would pop in to make sure we were happy with everything. Robin was the main installer his eye to detail was very impressive, again a very knowledgeable guy. He was prompt and didn’t stop until he finished at the end of each day. He was extremely tidy and clean putting down plastic floor covers. His work was excellent, cannot praise him enough, we are extremely fussy so to make these positive comments is unusual these days.
The whole team were a delight to deal with and a pleasure to have in our home. We have already recommended to several of our friends.
For service quality and a price that won’t break the bank we would certainly go straight to Mariposa again should we want more work done.

Having decided some time ago to replace our tired and unsanitary bathroom suite, we had several design plans drawn up in an effort to decide exactly what to choose. When we met Victoria from Mariposa we thought we had a good idea of our requirements… until she came up with something better.
Fixures and fittings were obtained through Easy Bathrooms and we especially liked the way that Mariposa took responsibility for the ordering and thoroughly checked the delivery for damage /shortages etc a few days before our fitter arrived.
Our fitter John was fabulous with a keen eye for detail and precision. The entire refit took over two weeks but with little disruption or mess.
We are delighted with our new clean, shiny bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Mariposa. Thank you Victoria, Malcolm and John.
We were so pleased with the work by Malcolm, Victoria and plumber Robin, giving us a new main bathroom and downstairs toilet that we got Mariposa to completely renew our leaky en-suite shower room. Malcolm met with us at Easy Bathrooms show room and helped us select and confirm the shower, sink and toilet, together with an LED mirror cabinet over the sink.
The plumber fitter on this project was Dave who was outstanding in terms of thoroughness, neatness and ability. Malcolm discussed with us the sink and radiator being in the wrong place, so Dave after rip out of the old room, rerouted the pipework to move the sink 90 degrees and replace the radiator with an upright heated towel radiator. He also replaced some rotten timbers from a long standing leak and replaced the floor. Ian the electrician was spot on as usual, with the fan and light over the shower and new external switches. The result is a fantastic modern en-suite with more room in the new layout, and a very slightly bigger shower.
Joe as usual took all of the rubbish away, in his truck. We are very happy to recommend Malcolm, Victoria, Dave, Robin and Ian as well as Joe, as thoroughly professional people.
I would recommend Malcolm Hallett from Mariposa as he couldn’t of been more helpful, he came and viewed the job, sent me several visual diagrams of the layout, met me at the suppliers and was v quick to quote. Jim and Malcolm came when they said they would and were thoughtful, considerate, accommodating to my needs and v hardworking, they kept me informed on everything, cleaned up, took away the rubbish, and were back within 24 hr with any snagging. I have now engaged Mariposa to replace my kitchen too.
From start to finish Malcolm and his team were amazing and we LOVE our new en suite. Victoria provided a brilliant turnkey service and even met us at the tile shops to help us very non creative people pick out the best design based on our preferences. Malcolm coordinated the whole project marvellously and popped in most days to oversee Robin our fitter who was always prompt, efficient and friendly over the 2 weeks he was with us. The team kept us informed along the way, whilst asking our opinions on the things that mattered. The workmanship here is 2nd to none and we will definitely be returning to get our kitchen done with them! Thank you all!

Over the moon with my new bathroom. Robin worked so hard every day, didn't even stop for tea or coffee breaks! The boss came frequently to see how it was going and ask if I had any questions. Can't recommend them enough.
When you are having a new bathroom and downstairs toilet completely brought up to date it's important to be able to trust those delivering on the project. I'm very happy to recommend Malcolm and Mariposa to you. We were introduced to Malcolm via Easy Bathrooms. He measured the rooms and having met us three times at the Easy bathrooms showroom, we developed a plan that would work with the fittings. Malcolm has been very open, approachable and delivered on everything he promised and was always available. The ripping out of old fittings and builders waste eventually filled 3 hippo bags. Robin our fitter was outstanding, always polite, asking our opinions was very professional and very neat. He put down special plastic sheeting to the carpets and always swept up and hoovered up each day. Ian the electrician has been excellent too. We are absolutely delighted with the result, so much so we are now renewing our ensuite shower room too. So I can assure you Malcolm, Robin and Ian are excellent and trustworthy and yes the 3 hippo bags were taken away by Joe.
We have just had our bathroom re-furnished by Mariposa. Everything was completed as planned and looks absolutely amazing. Love it so much. Malcolm was very professional and listened to our ideas and gave us guidance on what we could achieve. Dave from the team fitted the bathroom and was great he did an outstanding job and was in time every day working hard. He had to carry some very heavy tiles upstairs 🥴. Undertaking a full bathroom refurbishment can be overwhelming, however Malcolm was a superstar in guiding us through the design, product ordering and installation process. Our bathroom fitter John was fantastic, hardworking and passionate about his craft. Very happy with the look and feel of our new bathroom. Highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble talked you through every stage and it was a pleasure doing business with Jon the fitter who did an excellent job and Malcolm the boss. Hi, I cannot praise Mariposa enough. Malcolm very courteous and helpful, and Dave, I've never met a harder worker but no cutting corners. I am extremely happy with my bathroom, looks brilliant.

Malcolm and Victoria, 2 professional people they estimated and carried out the supply and installation of my bathroom to a very high standard giving attention to detail giving me as a customer a bathroom I love, very kind, very friendly nothing to much trouble? I would highly recommend Mariposa.
Wanted a really grotty shower, bath and washbasin removed. Excellent workmanship, good communication throughout, The plumbing team went above and beyond what was expected to give us a really good bathroom refurbishment.
They came up with an excellent design that gave us more space in our en-suite. They met us at various merchants to discuss available options and how they would work in the design. The fitter arrived promptly each day and was polite and tidy, cleaning up where required each day before leaving. He managed any difficulties found calmly and well, keeping us informed. Very happy with his work. I would highly recommend this company.
Mariposa designs took our dull, dark and cramped bathroom and turned it into a stunning room that has a very modern feel with space to move and far more storage than before. They worked with us throughout the design and install visiting to ensure any challenges were resolved and keeping us in the loop of any difficulties that affected the build. The fitter, John, was prompt, tidy, always let us know what was happening and his attitude of 'its your bathroom, you get what you want' was very much appreciated!
Great people to work with on kitchen design, Victoria and Malcolm kept us informed of dates and time scale, all tradesmen used by them were all great and informed us when they would be arriving and the work they would be doing. The kitchen is finished to high standard, I absolutely love my new kitchen
